There is a useful tool to work recently added to ArcGIS: convert Coordinate Notation. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.8/tool-reference/data-management/convert-coordinate-notation.htm

If you create the lines by editing you would need to tag each one with a unique identifier that you could join to a table of attributes. Seems to me it would be easier to use another existing road dataset and do conflation (ie a spatial join on your two-point road centroids) to try to get your attributes onto existing roads. Kind of depends on your data.

I believe the only way to do this is to use label classes, and have a different text size for each group. You can use a SQL expression for each label class. Using label classes to label features from the same layer differently

You can always copy the raster layer and modify the source property in the copy to point to the dataset you want to render the same way as the original. That said, I have been successful using this tool when the layers are the same type (ie raster to raster, line to line etc)

If MyArcGISPro is your install folder instead of the usual c:\Program Files location, that may be breaking the python script. (Trying to guess why this would fail on your machine and not your colleagues' machines.) If that's the problem it's a bug that should be reported to Esri.

Funny I thought this was an Esri Press book question so I moved it there. Looks like you overrode my call.

Go back through the tutorial steps and make sure you have the correct project and map open. The bookmark they are referring to is saved with a project (or the bookmark was created in a previous step that you missed).

You may get a clue of what's going on by renaming your aptx to aptx.zip and vewing it with a zip viewer to see what's inside.

This sounds to me like an Esri tech support call, especially if you can reproduce it on a colleagues machine. If not, that is the problem is just on your machine, you should probably try an uninstall/reinstall of Pro, and if that doesn't work, contact Esri tech support.

A few things to consider: There is no 2.10 at this time (Did you mean 2.9.1?) Releases list Are the environment settings different between the two machines? Workspace settings? Are your path names or file names problematic? How To Name Things In ArcGIS How are you setting up intermediate data in your model? Using %scratchFolder%, %scratchGDB%, and memory workspaces can help make models more portable Just some ideas, I hope they may help somewhat.

We really like the link to the ItemInfo arcgis.com page from search results in the Catalog pane as this is the only place all the info needed for a data citation can be found. However when the user adds a feature layer (for example) to a map but forgets to capture the link before doing another search they can't find the page again. And the information presented for the layer makes it hard to find that item again (for example, no owner info seems to be there, and sometimes it says "item does not support metadata [!]) It would be great if (for web service map layers) a link to the iteminfo page of the source could be available in Catalog View.

I'm assuming this is ArcMap? You may want to look into purchasing a concurrent license and checkout, checkin, it would be a lot easier! You could turn on the VPN, check out a license and turn the VPN off and work fine. I know this may be a bit more expensive, but time is money too. If this ArcGIS Pro using single use licensing, it seems to me a named user license would be better.

I agree, seems to me it would be better to be a context sensitive tab - ie only have it show up when you have a M-ware layer selected.
