For a simple editing application, is it best to add all the layers you wish the users to see in one MXD and publish that as a feature service (assuming that you can make some layers not editable by not making a template??) or should I have a sperate MXD for non-editing layers?

I uploaded a package file that contained data from a fiel geodatabase. I made it public and available for everyone. When I try to add it to a map, I leave the search string blank and it does not find it, I tried searching by the tags I used and still nothing. Anyone had any luck adding layers fromt he my content portion of arcgis.com?

This work flow seems to get around the bug, you just have to load th emobile device manually as opposed to using the server download. 1. Create Project in project Center 2. Click the button in top left 3. Click Export Mobile Project (this creates a .amp file) 4. Save the .amp file to my local drive 5. using active sync, open explore device 6. Navigate to Documents\ArcGIS Mobile 7. Created a folder with the same name as the .amp file without the .amp 8. Copied the .amp file to that folder 9. Opened ArcGIS Mobile - it successfully opened the project

When trying to save a new project to a server at beta 2, I get a credentials screen as shown in the image. I enter credentials and click okay and nothing happens. The okay changes from green to black to green again but no error message and it has not created the project on the server.

A users testing ArcGIS mobile 9.4 on a Juno, collected some electric meters. he then posted his updates successfully. They "show-up" in ArcMap int he correct location with all the attributes. However, when he hits "get Data" In the desktop verion of ArcGIS Mobile, they do not download. Other updates from previous collection days appear but not the collected points from Friday.
