The power and capabilities of GIS can transform your stormwater program by streamlining work done in the office and field, facilitating collaboration, and helping you see what’s working and what’s not. Whether you’re a GIS Pro or Novice, this webinar will highlight proven strategies for using GIS to make your stormwater program more effective. Hear from the stormwater team at Martinsburg, West Virginia, how GIS has helped them maintain compliance and transformed their day-to-day work. Your hosts, Adam Carnow from Esri and Nicole Beck from 2NDNATURE, are experts in GIS, public policy, and stormwater analytics & science. Adam Carnow is the Public Works Industry Specialist at Esri. Adam has over 25 years of experience as a GIS practitioner in the public and private sectors and academia. He is a keynote speaker, thought leader, and public works marketing specialist. Nicole Beck has a Ph.D. in aquatic chemistry and a mission to bring science to decision-makers. As the founder and CEO of 2NDNATURE, she has led a shift towards the use of web-based spatial analytics to support performance-based quantification of the effectiveness of municipal stormwater programs. https://go.2ndnaturewater.com/esri-webinar-sign-up?utm_campaign=ESRI%20Webinar%20Series&utm_source=EsriMarcom

Here is a summary of how Esri supported the American Public Works Association’s (APWA) PWX Conference in Charlotte, NC August 28-31. Over 2,100 professionals were in attendance and the theme was Ready and Resilient. GIS is consistently one of the annual APWA Top 5 Public Works Trending Technologies, and Esri has been a long-time supporter of APWA as part of our work with the Public Works community. We continued that tradition by supporting the 2022 PWX conference in multiple ways. https://www.esri.com/en-us/industries/blog/articles/recap-of-esri-at-public-works-expo/
