Hi Sri, The charts in Operations Dashboard only exist in that app and can't be downloaded.  They are based on data coming from your layers, so if you have other apps (like WAB) they can also use that data to create widgets within that app.   The underlying code for each of our apps is different, and even though we both call things widgets, the way they get created and used are very different. Hi Dave, Yes, this is a bug in web Dashboard with filtered hosted views.  As you mentioned, this is only seen in web dashboard and works perfectly fine in the desktop dashboard and even in our new beta app.  A workaround would be to add the data to the webmap via the service URL. The bug was logged on a 10.3.1 server and we have seen it was fixed at 10.4.  Do you have reproducible data that you can send that replicates the issue? I would like to test this against the latest builds.  Thanks! ... View more

There are no built in widgets that allow direct editing of data in Operations Dashboard. However..... The above discussion is on a user built widget that would allow it in the desktop version of Ops Dashboard.  In order for this widget to work in a browser, it would need to rebuilt in JavaScript and hosted in AGOL or Portal. Then you could have editing within the browser Operations Dashboard. ... View more

Hi Thomas, In general, there isn't too much difference in regard to map service and feature service performance within Operations Dashboard. There are a couple of key differences though, that might have an effect on how you would set it up.  For instance, map services within Dashboard do not support selection- see help section here. You can work around this by adding the MS layer as a data source at its root level for the layer. Also, layer filters are unsupported for map services. As far as the performance, I haven't seen much of a difference between the two specifically within Dashboard, even though they draw differently in the webmap. Thanks, Chris ... View more
