It appears you might be running your app as 32-bit. Could you trying running the app as 64-bit with the locators you created ? If you re-created locators using ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap , they will not work with 32-bit apps but old classic locators do. That's the reason perhaps Sandiego locator works you but new locators do not.

GeometryEngine.NearestCoordinate is not implemented for Envelope. It is as expected because Envelope is not a feature geometry. You are on the right track to get around this limitation by converting envelope to a polygon. But yes, this should definitely be documented. I have raised an issue to update the documentation to include this information.

We are currently working on solidifying the symbols with visual variables. I am hopeful issues like these will get resolved as part of that work. Sorry about the inconvenience. I tested with your test data that workaround to use simple symbols continues to work with 100.6. Also feel free to let us know if you have other test cases for symbology that aren't working correctly. Thanks, Preeti

Hello Tom, You can create a ServiceFeatureTable and set the credentials property and then load the table. Please refer to code snippet below. ``` var creds = await AuthenticationManager.Current.GenerateCredentialAsync(new Uri(@"http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Wildfire_secure/FeatureServer/0"),"user1","user1"); var ft = new ServiceFeatureTable(new Uri("http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Wildfire_secure/FeatureServer/0")); ft.Credential = creds; await ft.LoadAsync(); ```

http://maps.whakatane.govt.nz/arcgis/rest/services/Geocortex/WaterSupplyXivicIntegration/MapServer/11?f=pjson&returnAdvancedsymbols=true Looking at the advanced symbols in the layer using above link I see that the CIM Vector Marker Layer is missing geometry information, so there is no way we can render it. I am not exactly sure how that would have happened. Perhaps there was some issue with publishing in 10.2. For this issue I suggest to upgrade the server version ( or may be apply patch 10.2.2) and try to republish the layer. I hope this will resolve the bad symbol issue.

I noticed ArcGIS server version is pretty old. I suspect something is going wrong when reading symbols for not only for `Meter` layer but many other layers when added as FeatureLayer. I will investigate this internally and let you know once I have more information on this. Thanks, Preeti

Hi there, I am failing to reproduce this in house. By any chance could you provide a simple repro and I can take a look at it? Cheers, Preeti

Graphics overlays allow graphics with multiple geometries and have no schema and hence can't be stored/persisted. I am not completely sure of your workflow but seems like what you are trying to achieve might be possible by FeatureCollection.

Unfortunately, properties : Brightness,Gamma, Contrast are not available on FeatureLayer. The layer type must be of type ImageAdjustmentLayer for these properties to work. FeatureLayer can't be casted to ImageAdjustmentLayer as you have already noted. If you are not planning to edit these layers then you could create .tpk or vtpk or look at other offlinemap alternatives but whatever you choose layer type would still have to be of type ImageAdjustmentLayer.

Hello again Kyle, I have some update on the issue with differences in suggest results returned. When performing Suggest operation, Pro automatically uses an extent to limit results. So doing a runtime search with just the text is not the same. So, to do a search that is similar/same you need to set SearchArea on SuggestParameters to the same search area Pro uses. But getting the two to use the exactly the same values is not easy. I tried following extent that gave me first two matching results that I see in Pro. You might have to refine search extent to get results matching Pro. ``` private async void LocationSearchBox_KeyUp(object sender, KeyEventArgs e) { if (e.Key == Key.Enter && !String.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(LocationSearchBox.Text)) { Geometry searcharea = new Envelope(-10679603.1849148, 4311158.5891781, -10670629.0567609, 4315725.11168142, SpatialReferences.WebMercator); var suggestParams = new SuggestParameters { MaxResults = 10, SearchArea = searcharea}; ```

In talking to developers of the geocoding team it seems the fix is in active development. Once it is done and ported to ArcGIS Runtime SDKs we should not see any differences. I will create a bug for this.

I am glad the workaround worked for you but at the same time I am curious if CapStyle didn't work for you ?or if functionality lacked what you needed to achieve? If there is anything missing in this property please let us know, we can review the use case and may be do something to improve it so you don't have to do workarounds.

Hello Kyle, I spent some time with your repro case and found two issues: 1. In LocationSearchBox_KeyUp, you would need to call SuggestAsync() instead of GeocodeAsync() since at that point you ar etrying to get the suggetsions. 2. I also found the binding of results doesn't work with Telerik Autocomplete control. If I replace the control with the list box, I see the results as expected. Can you try these changes and let me know if it works for you? --Preeti
