Kelly, Try to change the calibration method in the processing options to Alternative. Processing options—Drone2Map for ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS This is the preferred method when your images are homogeneous and lack the necessary features to generate key points and matches. Additionally use the 2D Mapping template when creating the project to make sure you are generating enough keypoints. Thanks Tony

There are some known issues at the current release with some CUDA GPU cards. Please try this on another machine that does not have a CUDA GPU or try to disable the GPU to see if that works. In the next release we are adding an option to disable this in Drone2Map. Thanks Tony

Ryan, Because of the inaccuracies of GPS systems on drones, and how this data is collected relative to the ellipsoid, this is actually very common. The workflow to assure your meshes are at the correct (Orthometric) elevation, you will need to add ground control points around your project area and reprocess. Thanks Tony

Dario, As I suspected the camera database is not picking up that modifications have been made to the camera. The bands are showing up as "Red", "Green", and "Blue". Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done in the current release to change this. We are however exposing additional functionality in the next release that will allow you to select the bands to be used in the NDVI processing. Thanks Tony

Dario, In order for the NDVI output to become active we need to be able to match your camera with a model in the database. I’m guessing this is not happening because it’s a custom camera. Is it possible for you to share some of your imagery with us? This is something we would like to fix in the upcoming release, and having some of your sample data would be very helpful. Thanks Tony

This is typically caused by poor image quality (blurry or lack of texture) or insufficient overlap between the images. If you are able to share the images, I am happy to have a look and help figure out what is happening. Thanks Tony

Drone2Map is compatible with drones that collect geotagged images. As long as your drone has GPS data associated with the image, you can use it in Drone2Map. Thanks Tony

You can also reduce the number of CPUs Drone2Map uses. Go into the Processing Options > Resources and slide the CPU Threads slider to the left to reduce the number of CPUs being used. Thanks Tony

ArcGIS Pro can consume the SPK after it has been published as a hosted scene layer. You will need to publish the SPK in ArcGIS Online, then bring that service into ArcGIS Pro. Drone2Map allows you to do this in the Share as Scene Layer tool. Additionally you can upload the SPK manually using the ArcGIS Online web interface. Thanks, Tony Mason Product Manager - Drone2Map

John, If you have very high oblique images that include a lot of horizon / sky it is going to be difficult to build a 3D mesh successfully. As Ruwan mentioned above, little to no sky is best. Drone2Map will allow you to process both NADIR and Obliques together, and users are reporting an increase in quality of their final products by doing this approach. Thanks, Tony Mason Product Manager - Drone2Map

Ruwan, Drone2Map will detect if your imagery has the necessary bands to create an NDVI image, and allow you to check the NDVI box. It sounds like in this case it is not picking up your NIR band correctly. Would you be able to share a sample of this imagery so we can have a look at what is going on? Thanks, Tony Mason Product Manager - Drone2Map

Thanks for taking the time to work with me on this Oddbjørn! We identified the issue is related to the Region settings applied in windows. For others getting this error, please change your Region format to English (United States) and it should resolve this issue. We will fix this in the next release. Thanks, Tony Mason Product Manager - Drone2Map
