These instructions show how to add a python script to a toolbox. You'll need to create an empty toolbox first. The issue might be the files themselves. Those python scripts don't actually look like script if you open them up. They actually look like an HTML document (web page). That might be why they are not loading correctly for you. Can you confirm the source? Also, the MAPC Stormwater Catchment.tbx seems empty when viewed in ArcMap.

Since a PDF isn't a supported input format for ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, you're going to need to convert the PDF to a TIFF or JPEG, then georeference it as usual. I did come across this 3rd party blog that includes screenshots for the georeferencing process. There is an idea to support PDFs as input for this exact situation. It is being reviewed now, so you should vote on it to increase its chance of getting implemented.

You might be able to combine them together with the Raster Calculator in ArcGIS Pro. [raster1 + raster2 = raster3] It helps that one raster has a value of zero, then it won't change the cells that have a 1 or 2 from the other raster once they are combined. Here is a video that explains it.

I think there is going to be better support for this in our new Map Viewer. It is getting a major over haul and the beta will be released any day now. You'll be able to try out the beta without having to sign up or anything. You can read about it here. I read this at the bottom of the post: Show attachments in pop-ups to streamline the viewing experience and eliminate the need to use Arcade or click a link to view the attachment.

I'm surprised how little is written about replication packages. If you have access to the portal logs, it might reveal why that package was created. I am trying to find out the same thing. It might have to do with the amount of data copied from Enterprise to Online.

You could get the URL for the map and put it into a new attribute field on your points. In the web map, configure the pop-up to display the field or use the field to configure a custom pop-up. There is a discussion about a few techniques on this GeoNet post: Enable Pop-ups in ArcGIS Online with Hyperlinks

The Project Delivery Subscription includes two Creator named users. Using distributed collaboration and group sharing, you can develop maps and apps internally that would be synced to your client's Project Delivery org or enterprise. Why didn't an intersect work? that should split any overlapping boundaries and leave you with your original building polygons. You could create 2 new fields: One to store the area of the new split building section and another to divided it by the sum for that building.

I haven't done this before, but I found some help in another post. It seemed to work. This is possible. Just be sure of the following: - Add a RelatedReport element to your primary report layout (in the detail level in my case). -Double click on the RelatedReport to open it in design view. Add a Picture element to the RelatedReport Change the image source of the Picture element (right hand side in element properties) to the "DATA" field Change the Size Mode to Stretch (works best for me) Arrange the size of the Picture element so it takes up most or all of the space of the RelatedReport Arrange the size of the RelatedReport itself in design view of your primary report to ensure you have the image sized and aligned properly. Run the report and you should be good to go! Found here: Insert / Export attachment photos to report ?

You said the symbol draws to the north west. Do you actually mean label? When you click, ArcGIS Pro should create a point in that exact spot. If that point was identified as B3, then there would be a label appearing to the northwest of the point identifying that point as B3. Northwest is the default location for labels in ArcGIS. You can modify it to display where ever you like. If there isn't any confusion about symbols and labels, then I have no idea why a point would get created in a different location from where you clicked.

Why is it impossible to use the Windows menu? Does nothing happen or is the TOC option missing? One possibility: auto hide could be enabled, which would dock the contents pane to the side like this:

I think the answer you're looking for can be found in our Calculate Solar Radiation solution, which is an ArcGIS Pro project package (.ppkx) that contains workflows to calculate, visualize, summarize, and publish solar radiation results for selected roofs. The package contains 4 different tasks that will walk you through each workflow, including Summarize Solar Radiation for selected Roof Areas, which could be the tool you need. The sample data in the package is for Naperville, but you will substitute it with your own. If you need building footprints (rooftops), you could use the new nationwide Building Footprints layer by Microsoft. Here is a short, 6-minute video to see the solution in action. To get this package, you'll need to install the free ArcGIS Pro Solutions Deployment Add-in.

The manual way to do this in ArcMap is to import symbology from another layer. To automate it, you could create a layer file (.lyr) of the updated symbology and use it as the in_symbology_layer parameter for ApplySymbologyFromLayer_management. If you can't loop through all of the maps and have to run the script for each mxd, it will still be faster than opening each mxd and setting it manually.
