I have created a thematic mosaic dataset from many rasters, the advantage of the image service is that you can change symbology and have pop-ups on a raster. I have calculated statistcs, analyzed the mosaic dataset and added a raster function and color map to show a thematic legend as unique values- so each category of my single band rasters have a color. I would like to show this raster value in a pop-up in AGOL. This pop-up works in arcGIS Pro, no problem, but in arcGIS online it says no information available. When I try and open the attribute table in AGOL I get the error "accessing data failed" I have seen many image services with pop-ups, how do they work? I have lost days trying to do something very simple: I want someone to click a dot on a map and get a big popup, docked on the screen featuring the media (URL) in my map image service. I am using the list, it shows all my features and when you click one, I am expecting it to zoom to the location on the map. It does this once, for the first place in the list, but seems to never do it again. Also, there is no highlighting or anything on the map which makes it impossible to know which point we are looking at. Experience Builder app The feature widget doesn't seem to connect to my map, I guess I could somehow click throguh my 1000 features, click on it and maybe see it on the map, but ideally, wouldn't someone want to click a feature on a map and update the list and feature info widget? Why is this simplest feature not possible? p.s. I have tried Web App builder, but the popups only stay small in the map. The map tour editor requires a csv but I want to use a map image service. I have tried arcGIS Javascript but can't get the pop-up to be large without breaking my code and it seems impossible to add a home button. The attachment viewer template for some reason does not recognize the attachments in my map image layer. Is there really no option to just show a large docked pop-up? ... View more

I have previously used arcMap to export map layouts to adobe illustrator and it was great. That option does not exist in arcGIS pro, so I read a lot of recommendations to use pdf instead to keep layers separate. But the quality of the layers in my exported files are TERRIBLE! I have played with the different compression settings, but not a single outuput looks like what I am seeing in arcGIS Pro. My export settings are below, and the map in the arcGIS pro layout, and the final pdf opened in illustrator. The rasters are blocky, the lines very thick, like the image has not rendered completely. **I am not an IT Person** We had to do disaster recovery on our arcGIS server and it seems we no longer have the SSL certificate, so none of our services are HTTPS, meaning nothing loads in arcGIS online or websites or anything because everything reverts to https. I need help installing an SSL certificate on my AWS Cloud instance running arcGIS for Server. We purchased the domain on AWS via route 53. There's a certificate in the certificate manager, it is issued. There are elastic load balancer settings - not sure what this does. There's web adaptor installed. I called ESRI technical support and they said I need a pfx file to change the settings correctly in IIS on my server instance, but I can't find this pfx file or how to export it from AWS.
