In the Silverlight API Map Class , there is a Map.SnapToLevels property which "Gets or sets whether zooming will snap to scale levels if the map contains cached layers". I do not see the same property in the JS API,  but I was wondering if someone had found a way to zoom "in between" cached layers in a Tiled Map Service. Does that apply to the findTask in a JS API where a user can search for matching criteria and the results are returned in a data grid.  Or does it apply to a total of features returned in a dynamic map service (REST) when a map is rendered?  Or both?  Also, I understand the AGS and browser's performance is impacted when raised above the default 1000.  Is there a number to stay away from?  2000?  3000? 5000? Please clarify.  Thanks!! remember checking the box turns the GROUP on, but does not change the sublayers.  Are the sublayers on ? can you expand the bottom two? If they are all unchecked, checking the box does nothing. ... View more
