Euclidean distance is best suited to data that are projected and not in a geographic coordinate system (are yours in decimal degrees? or are you using the geodesic method?) In Pro, the legacy tools have been replaced with new functions. For example Distance Accumulation—Help | Documentation some of these tools may permit finer control over you inputs and desired outputs.

Looks like you have projected coordinates, hence either the map or the featureclass is in a projected coordinate system. Add Geometry Attributes—Data Management toolbox | Documentation specify the point centroid and specify a suitable Geographic Coordinate system for the output (eg GCS NAD83, GCS WGS84)
