The critical error is the one above the highlighted error...your file is too big and the output shapefile is limited to 2 GB and cannot be created. There is no workaround other than tiling your input file.

assuming that you have a point file with X,Y coordinates, then simply assign a Z value in the shapefiles table and perform an appropriate interpolation from within the Spatial Analyst assuming you have it.
