Whatever the type of your data source, you can use HTML tags in all editable fields of a Map Tour. So you have to know the basics of HTML to create a link. The Help Tips guide you in creating a link, see attached image (we will include a friendly editor in the future). Note that when you are using a Feature Service, depending on the server version and it's configuration, the supported HTML tags may be restricted to those listed here.

No, that's isn't configurable yet. It's not super easy to change through code but it's doable. It's on the feature wish list.

Hi, Your ID is valid but you don't have any public album. A clear message should be displayed instead of failing like this. This will be fixed in a future release. You can embed Map Tour through an Iframe, I updated the FAQ with an iframe code sample.

Before V2.2, the location button was always present in builder mode on the mobile view. It is not strictly related to using an appid or a webmap id but it's true that you can't go in builder mode with a webmapid.

Hi, It is possible but it require to edit the source code, install the developer environment and rebuild the application. You should not go that way except if you have implemented a lot of customization. Customization done in 2.0 shouldworks in 2.2 without any edits. Let me know

Hi, I tried on different kind of Facebook album but I can't reproduce. Wasn't it a temporary issue with Facebook? Is there something specific to the album you are trying to use? Please share your tour publicly and copy the link here or by private message and I will take a look.

We don't actually plan to raise the limit of 99 points per tour but you can do that with the downloadable, see here. You can generate the URL to start the Tour on a specific point with the short link button (top right icon > 'Link to current place'). You can insert link to external page in the application title/subtitle or point name/description using regular HTML tags, see here.

Hi, The issue has been identified in the JS API but unfortunately the fix wasn't on time for the December release. Next release should be early March. From now I can only recommend you to use a larger initial extent or a different browser.

The title associated with your picture will be used to populate the point name. If defined the location information is also used. Not sure what you refer as the description but picture name and location are the only information used.
