There's nothing more available at this time, but we do want to give you access to attributes of all features within a cluster, so you could calculate your own stats. So we'll be working on it. Mike

Tiffany, Can you share the URL to your layer (with 6000 features)? Is this a layer hosted on AGOL or pointing to your own ArcGIS Server? The exclamation point is not new, we just made it more prominent looking. It indicates that AGOL was not able to retrieve all features in the layer typically because there are too many features and our request for features exceeds the limit on the server to return features. However, 6000 features doesn't seem like a lot, so there could be some timeouts that are causing the queries to fail. Mike

As far as I know, there is no way to sort the attachments in the map viewer popup. I'm sure they're getting displayed in the order they get returned from the server. This is something we can look at for a future update. Mike

I've downloaded your TPK and used the GP Tool Extract Package in ArcMap to examine your TPK. The tiles don't have labels in them, which is what I expected as tiles in TPKs are built in desktop. So, we can eliminate publishing to AGOL as a problem. For some reason, the tiles were not drawn when the tiles were created. It looks like the the layer definition indicates that labels should be drawn. Having said the above, I don't know why labels were not drawn. Maybe there's some configuration step you're missing? MIke

For security reasons, "ftp://" gets removed when it gets stored on the server. It remains working in your current session because the string is cached on the client exactly as you've typed it in. It's not until you reload the map, and the map requests the popup from the server does the server return the URL without the ftp part. The database storage is a little more lenient when it comes to storing HTML and will allow ftp. So if you add a new field, and store the full ftp URL in the field, I was able to make it work. Like this: Where in my case, the ftpfield value is ftp://speedtest.tele2.net/2MB.zip If you, for example, want a unique ftp document per record, you could split the URL into 2 fields, like this My data looks like this, where the base URL is in ftp field and the specific file is in its own field. The two fields are then concatenated in the URL. Note: when you calculate a string field from the table in the map viewer, you need to single quote it. Hope this helps. Mike

No, you still have to download. Here's a marketplace provider that may be of interest. https://marketplace.arcgis.com/listing.html?id=a5e4a3e9746049dab0cbaf136b61666e (Note: this is not a recommendation nor an endorsement of the product, as I have not used it) thanks, Mike

If your service is not externally accessible, the only way to solve this and allow ArcGIS Online to view the service is to make it externally accessible, for example, on your public facing web server. Thanks Mike

Georeferencing has not been implemented in ArcGIS Online. However, ArcGIS Pro supports georeferencing. Georeferencing tools—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop. As far as I know, there are no plans to implement georeferencing in ArcGIS Online. You might submit an idea to solicit more feedback on this feature. https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas Thanks, Mike

Noah, Eninna added the zipped shapefile (with more than one shapefile inside it) directly via the Add button in the map viewer. This workflow yields the group structure illustrated. If you add the same zipped shapefile as an item to My Content and publish a hosted feature layer from it (or publish from Desktop), adding the hosted feature layer to a map will not yield the same group structure. Each layer within the hosted feature layer will appear as its own independent layer in the map. Ideally, we would not have this inconsistency. Thanks. Mike

ArcGIS Online supports uploading CAD files in ZIP format for storage purposes only. There are no plans to support displaying them. The documentation could do a better job of clearly communicating this. I'll write up a request to improve the documentation. Thanks, Mike

Shawn, I can't figure out why this is happening. Is this a general problem across your hosted layers or just with this specific layer? We would need to look at the layer to figure out what is going on. We can open a tech support case and take this offline. Mike
