Hi Mark, As a member of the organization, members can see items that are shared with the organization. Currently, there are privileges that you can set that prevent members from sharing content with the organization. If you don't want your users to view content other than the group, it may be best to prevent any users in your organization from sharing content at this level. Do you have users that need to be able to share with the organization or public? Hi Trent, If you are signed in with a facebook or google+ account, then you are using a public account. Creating hosted feature services as you pointed to in the above post requires an organizational account. To get an organizational account, you will need to contact the administrator of your organization. Feel free to private message me with more information about your University if you need help finding the administrator. Hi, Subscriber content is a collection of map layers, analytic tools and apps published by Esri that require an organizational account to access. Some types of the content consumes credits while other content doesn't cost credits.
