Hi Shana, This is possible depending on the editing privileges set on your survey. Are you tracking who edits each record? Would you only want them to be able to update their own records? Consider creating an update view with different editing privleges if needed. Hi Ronald, How much content do you need to move from one organization to another? If it is just a few maps, it may be beneficial to download and republish the data from your source organization to your destination organization. you could then use ago assistant to copy the web map. You would still need to update the service urls to point to the newly published layers.  -Kelly ... View more

Hi Michael Koutnik‌ You need to apply the filter when setting the view definition on the visualization tab:  https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/set-view-definition.htm This modifies the layer so that the the filter is applied at the layer level and cannot be removed except by the data owner or administrator.
