Are you able to share the app and map? Are you printing using ArcGIS Online or a web app created in ArcGIS Enterprise? If in ArcGIS Online, are you layers exposed to the Internet? -Kelly

In order to access the attachments, the feature layer must be shared publicly. Is there anything preventing you from sharing this publicly?

The attachment function is available when calculation fields only currently. If you are trying to use it for symbology or pop ups it will appear as not available. Try calculating a field and then symbolizing based on the field. -Kelly

Do you own all of the layers? Please note these limitations when storing join results as a feature layer view:' You can create a hosted feature layer view from the analysis results if all of the following conditions are met: You are the owner of both layers. Both layers are hosted feature layers. You are performing an attribute join. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/analyze/join-features.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_EA1638CEB036429B86D3495F10A6DC31

Hi Kerry, If you configure and save the fields to be visible in the pop-up and save to either the web map or layer (save layer), they should be visible by default in the web map or layer, depending on where you save. If you turn the fields to be visible in the pop up and don't save the setting, then they will still not be visible. Are you able to share the layer and webmap in question? -Kelly

Hi Nathan, Thanks for the feedback. Here is a blog that may explain a little more about the issue that you are describing that causes you to re-create the group by Katie Cullen https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgisonline/blog/2018/05/31/the-case-of-the-missing-group?sr=search&searchId=12860c2d-f83a-476e-80c6-5f826308fd2d&searchIndex=0 Update capability groups enable additional editing capabilities for items in ArcGIS Online that are usually reserved for only the item owner. This allows a group of members to update and save changes to a map, the item information (title, description, tags). It also allows members in the group to open hosted feature layers with full editing control. This allows members in the organization to edit a layer that doesn't have editing enabled. These capabilities are really helpful when there are multiple users collaborating on a project where more than the owner needs the ability to edit an item (map, layer, app) that they do not own. Most groups don't require this setting as the goal of the group is to share content that is ready for consumption. A member can share an editable view (or layer) with a group without update capabilities to have the correct members edit the content. Many times, members in an organization don't need to update the content in a map, but need to view, pan and inspect a map. This use doesn't require the ability to update items. Let me know if this is helpful or if you have further questions, Thanks, Kelly

Another option is to select the field type of string or date during the publishing process when you want to display the year as a year and not a number. This will ensure that thousand separators are not visible by default. -Kelly

HI Zand, Currently the attachment function in Arcade is only available with the calculate feature tool with hosted feature layers. You may be able to look into Jake Skinner's post about to perform the same steps with a Geoprocessing tool although i haven't tried this with non-hosted feature services. Show Attachments in Web Map Popup -Kelly

Thanks Ralph, Some optimizations have been made to help the widget load faster, but we are still seeing intermittent failures to generate the pdf. This could be due to the size of the data being input or a variety of other factors. For that reason I'd like you to get in touch with Tech support to look into the issue further. Please let us know if you need help getting in touch with support. -Kelly

Thanks for the further explanation Nate. The Summary doesn't seem to add up correctly. Are you able to share the service on this post? If not, I'd suggest getting in touch with tech support so they can dig into this specific issue further: https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support -Kelly
