Thanks for posting the links. It looks like the pellet plant trails service that you have added to your web map, and then consume in the app is enabled for http only: http://gis.cityofflorence.com/arcgis/rest/services/PeletPlantTrailsWebMap/MapServer When you call the app using https, a secure connection can not be made with this service as this has not been enabled on the service, causing it to fail to load. In order to use https for your app, you will need to discuss the possibility of enabling ssl/https on the server hosting your service. -Kelly

Thanks for tagging me on the issue. We are looking into the issue, and I will post back with an update when I have one. For the time being, there is an enhancement that has been logged with support regarding this topic. ENH-000101593 : Add the ability to set 'My Organization's Feature Content' as the default tab when opening the Gallery link in ArcGIS Online. Feel free to contract support and request to be attached to the enhancement if you would like to track this through your support portal. -Kelly

Hi Wes, Are you accessing this web map or app through http or https? Some browsers will still support accessing the geolocation API services through http, while many browsers require https. Hi Zahraa, What type of file are you uploading? Is there spatial location information in the data like lat/long or address? When a file can be published as a hosted feature service the check box to publish will appear. If you are uploading a file that isn't supported for publishing as a hosted feature service, like a word document, the publish button won't appear. HI Adam, Thanks for the question, I added a workflow for deleting the content in my response to Andrew. In regards to the loss of functionality from deleting these items, the loss would be the ability to update the content that is related to the items. Hi Andrew, With the December update to ArcGIS Online, some additional functionality was added in regards to deleting files that have dependencies to other layers. For example, if you want to overwrite a feature service from ArcMap or update services from CSVs or FGDBs its required that the source data is present in your content. You will see a similar error message if you try to delete the primary hosted feature layer that has dependent view layers created. This was put in to help users understand the dependencies between different content in their organization and the relationship with other content. If you don't need the dependency (won't be updating your tiled service) then it is possible to delete the source data from your content without deleting your service. To do this you will need to delete more than one piece of content, so do this when you need to delete multiple items or create a web map for deleting. Navigate to your content and select more then one item, then hit delete. This will successfully delete content with a relationship to other content. Thanks for providing this feedback. We can look into how to improve this workflow in the future. Are there ever any cases where your tiled services are updated from the TPK or do they tend to stay static? Please note that the ArcGIS Online December release doesn't change any of the capabilities that you or your users currently enjoy. The Level 1 named user category provides a cost-effective way to give viewing capabilities to users throughout your organization. Level 1 users are now available to purchase. Please contact your account manager or our sales department if you are interested in purchasing. The December 2016 ArcGIS Online update included new functionality and some enhancements to existing functionality. Some of the new aspects were suggested and supported by users at ArcGIS Ideas‌. Hi Tom, How do your users view the data in a current date? There is functionality through date filters and the time aware app to show updating current data. Would any of these approaches work for you or is more functionality required once the date filter is applied? Date Filters: look at the in the last option:Apply filters—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Time Aware app, check out the Live data options

HI Bryan, If you have more than 1000 records in your csv file, try publishing it as a hosted feature service. There isn't a record limit for this type of service and all of the features can be part of the same service. Publish hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly
