HI Jason, I'd suggest taking a look at the audit log to see if anyone updated the items. Is this still occuring? I would suggest monitoring requests with a web debugging tool so you can get a more in depth idea of what is causing the issue. If only you are seeing the error, this may be caused by a browser cache issue. If there is a different error message given from the rest request we can dig into that further.
