Hi Niklas, As tiles are pre-generated you would need to generate tiles for each service that required different symbology. You could do this by creating hosted feature layer views and publishing the tiles from each different view, but you would need to create a new layer for each rendering. -Kelly

Hi Mary Ellen, Is your ArcGIS Server accessible to the internet? In order to use the hosted ArcGIS Online analysis tools, The tools will need to be able to access the source service. If the source layer can't be accessed from the internet (the analysis tools are hosted outside of your network) then the tool won't be able access any information from the service and complete the analysis. If the layer is published to ArcGIS Online or accessible to the internet, it will be accessible to the analysis tool. -Kelly

Hi Robert and Kevin, Currently the 3X Javascript API does not support the Arcade expression that adds a newline. This web map, has the proper expression, but you will see that the labels are not stacked: Arcade Expression: "APN: "+$feature.PIN +TextFormatting.NewLine+ "Acres: "+Round($feature.ACRES, 2) Map: https://arcg.is/9a0SX However, when this app is included in a 4X Javascript API, the Newline function is applied to the labels: https://onlineshowcase.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Media/index.html?appid=fa4ad95adbad410aaf00790a3c18d0f8 Currently, Media Map, Styler and Minimal Gallery are available in 4X and can take advantage of the Newline function with Arcade. -Kelly

Hi Ahmad, There are a few ways to do this. If no one in your organization needs access to the world geocoding service, it can be removed from the Utility services configuration setting. Within the Search Widget of Web AppBuilder, you can specify which geocoder to include in your application: Search widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS. Removing the World geocoding service will remove this from the drop down in your screenshot. As the add data widget doesn't store locations and has a limit of 1000 features, it does not charge credits when using the file upload option. Keep in mind that these locations are temporary for the session in which the user is interacting with the application: Add Data widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS -Kelly

Hi Carol, I updated the information above. If both layers have been added as feature layers, they should draw in the order of the TOC. Can you share your web map? -Kelly

Were you able to get this issue fixed? It sounds like there may be an issue with how the date picker is selecting the input values and is then applying a poor default. If the layer and map are shareable, please share them with this post, if not, I'd suggest getting in touch with tech support so they can work with you and your layer specifically. -Kelly

Hi Grant, I'd suggest getting in touch with technical support to research this issue in more depth. A few high level troubleshooting ideas/questions 1. Do you stay logged in to your ArcGIS Online account during the editing workflow? 2. Do you run into similar issues with ArcGIS Pro? 3. Are you able to manually synchronize your data through the REST API if the synchronization fails through ArcMap? 4. Does this happen to any other users in your organization or is this isolated to your machine? Thanks, Kelly

Hey Nick, Is the data that you are appending in local time or UTC? When you published your original dataset, did you publish from ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap? If so, did you set a time zone or manually modify the date/time into UTC. Here is a blog about dealing with time on the web. Looks like I should add an append section also. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/sharing-collaboration/mastering-the-space-time-continuum-conside… -Kelly

Hey Steve, Any updates on this? You are correct in that additionally purchased credit blocks are good for two years. This sounds like there is an issue with something on your account that should be fixed by customer service. Let us know if you need any more help.

Are you using a local ArcGIS Server printing service or the print service that comes with ArcGIS Online. If using the ArcGIS Online print service and your internal layers are not exposed to the internet, the ArcGIS Online print service can't access your services. Adding a local print service for your organization should fix this. Issue 2, I'm not too sure what is happening. I think getting in touch with support will be a good first step. -Kelly
