Hi Karolina, If you are publishing a feature service in ArcGIS Server, you will need to set the editing settings when publishing the feature service. Your ArcGIS Online settings will not be able to change the editing capabilities of a server feature service. Please let me know if you have any questions, Kelly

Hi Francis, Configuring field visibility through pop ups determines what fields and data can be visible in the specific web map, but does not alter the availability of the data in the feature service (data source). As multiple web maps can use the same feature service and display different fields and data within the dataset (using filtering and symbology), the data export can't take into account multiple settings in webmaps. As the export functionality is associated with the complete data source (Feature Service), all of the data will be exported, regardless of filed visibility settings in webmaps. HI Jens, In order to login to the Collector and Explorer Application, you require an ArcGIS organization account: Collector System Requirements Explorer System Requirements For the ArcGIS Mobile App (Green), you can login with a public Esri account if you choose to login. (Logging in will improve the searchability of contents that belong to your public account). Labels are not currently supported in any of the mobile applications mentioned above. The previews of the maps are created from thumbnails in ArcGIS Online where labels do display. This is why the map appears to have labels, when in fact they aren't be displayed in the applications. You can however view labels of a webmap if you navigate to the webmap directly in your mobile browser. You can try this by clicking on this link in your mobile browser: http://bit.ly/1z9WJMt

Hi Joshua, The sizes reported in catalog only reports to the size of the data of hosted feature services when they were published. Were any of the services published prior to July 2014 that contain attachments? This can be a cause for the discrepancy. There is currently an enhancement regarding showing the current size of feature services available at this link http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/43869 Please Contact Technical Support for help in determining where the discrepancy is. Hi Joshua, I have updated your list below: Feature Service Storage (2.4 cr / 10 mb) = Hosted Feature Service Tile and Data Storage (1.2 cr / 1 GB) = Map Service Map Package Tile Package Web Map Service Definition Image Code Attachment Web App Only Hosted Feature Services (Published to ArcGIS Online are charged feature storage credits. Hi Karolina, What Layer type are you using? If you are using a Hosted Feature Service that you have published, you should have the permissions and privileges to enable editing on the Hosted Feature Service. If you are using a different layer source, Feature Service in ArcGIS Server, Map Service, Feature Collection, then there will be no options to enable editing through the details page. What role do you have in your organization? As a user, publisher or custom role, you may not be able to enable editing on another users service. Kelly

Hi Brandon, In order to turn off sharing from a locally hosted application, you will need to change line 30 in the default.js from true to false. Unfortunately it is not possible to download a pre-configured application from ArcGIS Online. If you are going to download the code, you will need to configure it separately. -Kelly

Hi Joshua, You will only be charged Feature Service Storage for a Hosted Feature Service in your organization. All other data types stored in your content will be charged credits based on the data and tile storage rate. This documentation goes into further details regarding credit charges. -Kelly
