Hi @AnthonyAtkins2, there is no requirement to add users to your ArcGIS Online organization in order to enable unlimited e-Learning access at Esri Academy. You can connect them to your My Esri organization (e-Learning access is enabled by default for users connected in My Esri). In addition to the ArcGIS Online Basics web course that Katie shared above, you may want to enroll in this free learning plan: https://www.esri.com/training/catalog/5b733e9d2fad23092c930883/arcgis-online-fundamentals/. Hi, yes, there is a solution, which is: 1) the ArcGIS Online organization administrator should not disable Esri access when they remove the member from the organization. 2) The individual can then transfer their training history (which includes certificates) from the ArcGIS Online organizational account to an ArcGIS public account. They can contact GIStraining@esri.com for assistance with this.

Hi @AvishekPaul1 and @GretaSveinsdóttir, the Training site appears to be behaving properly now. Should you experience issues in the future, you can always try doing a hard refresh of your browser (Ctrl+Refresh). This usually solves an issue with Esri Training pages not loading properly.
