Unfortunately, no - but your organization may already have some free UC registration passes allocated, and having a presentation selected is a great way to justify your trip and possibly even your need to snag one of your orgs free passes.
Speaking as someone who presented in several moderated paper sessions prior to joining Esri - it's a great experience and a great way to share your work. I hope you get the chance to present.
