I am trying to use ArcLogistics to create optimized routes for commercial sanitation collection. Is there a way to force each vehicle to one of the renewal sites before returning to the end location.
Unfortunately, there is no proper support for this yet in ArcLogistics yet. The most popular workaround is to create an order for the final renewal location and use a time window near the end of the day. You then pre-assign one of these to each route and lock them.
