ArсLogistics 10 and own dataset

Hello.
Does arclogistics works with local dataset (for example gdb database)such as 9.3 version?
Or it only works with online ESRI services?

I'm sorry but at this time you can't use your own datasets.  If you'd like to route on your own data, you'll need to use ArcLogistics 9.3.

ArcLogistics 9.3 was retired at the end of 2012 and ArcLogistics 10 is scheduled to be retired on Dec. 31st, 2013.  There is no direct replacement for the product but there are some options for larger organizations who want to build and host their own web services.  If you'd like, I can put you in touch with a product manager.
