K12 Student training account after graduation

Hello

I am helping set up a K12 AGOO in which students will have unique usernames (probably their student id). As members of the AGOO some students will do Esri Online training and get certificates. The school would like them to keep their training account/records after they graduate even though they will have to leave the AGOO.

  • Will this happen if  the account's email is changed to one that is personal for the student (such as gmail) before removing the student from the AGOO?
  • Would the student have to change their email anyplace else such as their MyEsri Account? 

It would be great if they could keep access to that training account with the certificates - especially if they want to take additional free courses or go to a college/job where they will have access to courses again.
