I have a science teacher who wants to create maps of a variety of diseases (i.e. zika, west nile, HIV, lyme, yellow fever, etc.) by county going back to 1990. I have located a few data sets that are by state on the CDC website, however, she wants to be able to also look at the counties. In addition, she wants to look at global data when possible. Any suggestions on where to look?
