I'm looking for a better way to embed call and response 'quiz' questions in the mainstage or side panel. I would like students to be able to view their results after completing the quiz. I know I could use Google Forms; however to see results, users must leave the Story Map. Is there existing code that would achieve a similar result that can be used entirely within StoryMaps? OR - are there other solutions out there?
