Standard Symbology for Oil and Gas Leases??

couldn't find anything searching this matter..

Wondering if you guys/gals have come across any symbology standards when it comes to lease mapping in oil and gas. considering proposing one for my company and wasn't sure if one exists already. Would like to come up with something that would include all the major elements Active, expiration params, depth params, recently sold land, etc.
