Hey Folks,
I don't normally have to deal with changing my 'basis of bearing' but I just went to do it and noticed my "General" tab is missing from the Parcel Editor/Options, leaving me no way to view my parcels in a local coordinate system. Is this an installation error or what? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
