While reviewing for transfer of data from 10.1 to 10.2 I noticed that my 10.2 version of the LGIM geodatabase doesn't include an addition specified in the 10.2 release notes. wHydrantInspection stated that OBSTRUCTED field and LOCDESC field were added. I only see LOCDESC field. Can anyone else confirm this or am I missing something?
