I 'm making a site suitability analysis with several layer, but i don't know how to restrict the areas what are smaller than 1ha.

Hi David,
Make sure the spatial reference is in Projected coordinate system. If the output of your site suitability analysis is vector layer, you could filter the polygons using Definition Query.
e.g.: If the unit of the reference system is meters,
Go to Layer Properties > Definition Query. Click Query Builder. Write the following query
Edited: 'Shape_Area' > 10000
What software? If ArcMap and you are doing this with the spatial analyst extension, you can do this with the raster calculator expression if you know the cell size . You can query for areas less than that threshold. If you have many areas that belong to that class, you will need to perform a RegionGroup first to delineate unique areas then query for the threshold.
