Can ESRI Support Amazon Athena via JDBC or ODBC?

Has anyone tried, or investigated, querying Amazon Athena (SQL-ish S3 datastore) on ESRI products?  I'm not asking if Athena could be the geodb (I highly doubt that!).    I am asking if I could query against Athena for Analytics, or Survey 123, or other products.

Amazon has ODBC and JDBC drivers, I am curious if anyone has tried using them.    I imagine the credentials/auth, connection, and specific query syntax might be a challenge.

* Apologies if this is not the correct place to ask this, and mods feel free to move it around... *

Cheers!
Mike

@MikeSlattery  was there any update on this question? Is this possible? I too am trying to do the same, and wondering if that's currently supported within ArcGIS Pro/Server. We have a Lake Formation database that is connected to an underlying S3 data store and the connection to that database is exposed using Athena. I'm looking to see if its possible to query using the Athena connection via JDBC/ODBC.
