R for ArcGIS Bridge returns incorrect version of Pro and Portal

We have a user that is using the R for ArcGIS Bridge.  When they use the arc.check_product() and arc.check_portal() functions, the version returned does not match what I expect.

For Arc Pro, it is 1.0.1.306.  But they are using 3.x.

For Portal, it is 10.3.  But we are using 11.3

Is there a site that cross references the actual values with what is returned by the function call?
