Hello everyone,

Has somebody had the same problem? I usually fly the same missions (10 in total) and have been doing so for 18 months. Every month, the processing has been good. This month, however, after processing, all the flights came with the same problem. The report did not identify the GCPs, and the mission error is extremely high. Even in one mission, after identifying the GCPs automatically and checking them manually, I sent it again for processing, and after finishing, those GCPs weren't identified in the report.

The images I have uploaded show the processing settings and the report results for one particular flight. I have more or less the same results for the others

Hi @ManuelCarpintero01

It's difficult to say without looking at your data. I can't see any image attachments. I can say there haven't been any recent changes to the GCP workflow that would cause this.

But if you're saying the GCPs aren't showing in the processing report, check if:

- The GCPs were set to be checkpoints rather than ground control points, in which case they would not help improve accuracy.

- If Auto GCP detection was used, did you verify the auto detection results, add manual tags where needed, and reprocessed the data? Automatically detected GCPs always require reprocessing.

I suggest you reach out to our technical support team so they can work with you and your data to provide concrete answers without guessing like I'm having to do here 🙂

Hi Nico,

I reached out to my technical support team. They reviewed the case and decided to escalate it to ESRI Inc.

Thanks,
