Is there a way to add a Web Scene to my Custom Basemap Gallery? I'm specifically looking at the OpenStreetMap 3D Buildings Scene Service.

Adding web scenes to the Custom Basemap Gallery is in our backlog but not yet planned for a release. 
Could you please share any insights to your workflows or use cases you are trying to solve? Understanding your specific needs helps us to prioritize our backlog.
