Managing data by direction: ADOT's use of esri's Roads & Highways has expanded throughout the agency and is being used by other business units, including the pavement management system (PMS). The PMS team is looking to manage data on the LRS with directionality clearly defined. This is especially important on undivided facilities. There are a number of methods that ADOT is considering to support this business need. ADOT is interested in understanding how other states are managing data by direction.
