Wind Site Data Management solution fails to deploy

I've tried to deploy the Wind Site Data Management solution into ArcGIS Online and it fails. I've cleared my browser cache and tried again and it still fails. I successfully deployed the Solar Site Data Management solution so I don't think it is a permissions issue. I don't have any content that would match the name of any of the solution items. It does create a "Wind Site Data Management" folder and has placed three items into it.

Has anyone successfully deployed this solution to ArcGIS Online?
