I am stuck with a project. I need to create a layer showing the solar radiation at sea level. is it possible to create a layer using solar data from inland?
I wouldn't go so far as to extend a solar radiation value from land out into the sea, as there are other factors to consider, but there are several global datasets for solar radiation available, like this one
