map not refresh/load on Qt app (QML, Plugin)

No error pops up whatsoever . My system is set up with Qt 5.15.8 on Debian with PyQt5 (5.15.9). However, I used QtLocation 5.6. This seems to work fine for a simple QML application, the map was draw properly and I am able to zoom and drag around. Unfortunately, when I adopt the same libraries to my application, the map displayed as shown above. I would be very much appreciated for any suggestion.
