We're having rendering issues of CIM Shape Markers / Solid Strokes when using large values for dash template, placement template settings.

Here's an example:

Here's an example of smaller values for dash template, placement template properties where rendering seems fine:

Settings for J (Shape Marker):

Settings for line (Solid Stroke)

Settings for label (Shape marker)

Additionally, we noticed that setting "Perpendicular offset" on the label has no effect in 2D view, however in 3D view "Perpendicular offset" seems to work.

We would like to increase these distances between the markers to remove clutter from the screen as we might have multiple such and other lines.

We're using the latest ArcGIS Maps SDK for Qt 200.8, on Windows 10 with Direct3D.

Hello @imbachb ,

Are you able to share a repro MMPK that is configured with this symbology? Happy to take a closer look to understand the problem. For clarification, is the issue with the size of dashes , or gaps between dashes and J marker or label placement of the label marker ?

Sorry for getting back so late. I've attached a zip with source code and the used stylx File. The only difference between this stylx file and the official APP-6(E) from Dictionary Symbology Styles - Overview are the changes to the jammer line symbol mentioned in the first post.

The sample draws 2 lines, one using the modified jammer line and the other an unmodified bearer line:

We also noticed that certain marker placement settings for the "Maritime Lines : Bearing Line : Jammer : Friendly Labels" symbol have no effect, specifically "Angle to line", "Keep upright", "Perpendicular offset".
