How to develop a field mapping box in .pyt tools, with one column value fixed

When customizing a python tool in arcgis pro, I want to achieve a field mapping atructure as shown in the red box below: it include two columns, and values of the left column should be fixed like a label, values of the right column can be selected as a list.
Has anyone implemented anything like this?
