I don't understand with programe to show "ImportError : No modle named ephem" and how solution this programe

You have either failed to turn on an extension via customize, extensions through the arcmap interface or it hasn't been setup if running in a script.  I presume that module is to work with ephemeris in some sky? extension?  check the requirements of the extension or tool that you are using

ephem is a python module that doesn't come with ArcGIS:

pyephem 3.7.5.3 : Python Package Index

The SunSkyMap tool you are running assumes the module is installed. Try installing the module and run the tool again. I assume the tool should come with some sort of documentation on prerequisites.
