Can anyone tell me why I am receiving this error?

dist_Raster_0 is an existing raster in the workspace?

ExecuteError: ERROR 999999: Error executing function.
The table was not found. [VAT_dist_Raster_0]
ERROR 010060: Could not open and write to c:\windows\system32\poi812.
Failed to execute (ExtractByPoints).

I'm getting a very similar issue with ExtractByPolygon:

ERROR 010060: Could not open and write to c:\PROGRA~2\arcgis\DESKTO~1.3\bin64\pol46.

Did you ever figure it out?

Noah and you are the only two to record that error (after geonet search and google) unless you own an HP 750C printer.

Close your work, reboot your computer, move your data to a new folder, open a new project and try again.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not really a option on a production server.

Yeah I think for me I solved this by moving the project and data to a different drive. I believe my shared network drive was experiencing some connectivity issues.

Thanks, that seems consistent/confirms my findings: network instability to the SQL geodatabase.
