Does anyone know if duplicate mover tool has been updated to work on Arc 10?

Disperse markers but requires Arc* advanced but it only disperses symbols

Have got coinciding points and need to space them out and haven't got arcinfo so can't use disperse markers, duplicate mover seems to be tool that does the same as that.
don't forget to see some of the other examples...also check out whether ET Geotools or wizards offers this in their free toolset
