Different outputs for Same Python Script toolbox in ArcGIS 3.1 and ArcGIS 3.2

Hello Community, I have been using an Python Scripting Tool box in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 to fix Slivers and it worked well as shown in below images

Below shown is the Output in ArcGIS 3.1.1 which is as expected.

But when the same tool is run in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 the output is not as expected as shown below

I have attached the code, If anyone has any insight that would be wonderful! Hopefully it isn't just outdated and incompatibly with ArcGIS Pro 3.2
