Converting a model builder to stand alone python

Hi all,

I am learning python and I have a model. Now I want to convert it to a stand alone python script. I exported the model as a Python file but I don't know what elements need to be added or modified to make it standalone. Also I don't want to have some outputs (like dissolve feature class or raster to polygon) and just want to have the final feature class how I stop producing of these feature classes?

Perhaps it might be useful for you to provide the script that resulted from the model export.
