In the arcpy function "arcpy.SynchronizeChanges_management", there is a bug with the parameter "reconcile". Documentation indicates that "RECONCILE" should be a valid argument value. However, the tool actually expects "RECONCILE " (with a space at the end).
I'm reporting this here because I don't have any other way of reporting this problem (does anyone know of an online bug-submission system for Esri?).
