The Crime Analysis solution for ArcGIS Pro 3.0 is scheduled to be released on July 21st. If you have an urgent need prior to that, feel free to contact me directly at cdelaney@esri.com.

Good morning, sorry for the inconvenience. It opened some way to be able to get this application since we did not find it to download on the network and we urgently need it to prepare a job related to the tactical and strategic analysis of Crime. We use the ArcGis Pro 3.0 application to create Crime Maps. Thank you very much for your attention and at your disposal.
