Error Please sign in to continue (oriented imagery)

When trying to publish an oriented imagery catalog I get a message stating - Error Please sign in to continue.

I am signed into the portal as an Admin.

Pro 3.2.1

Enterprise 11.1

OIC version 2.4

Image MGT Workflows tools V 2.14

Hi, 

Apologies I think all my testing changed to using an 11.3 portal at the same time as upgrading to 3.3.2 which i forgot to state so. I didn't resolve the issue with the original config of an 11.1 portal Pro 3.2.1 and OIC 2.4.
