How to reduce maximised Table of Contents window Desktop 10.1?

I have 10.1 and my Table of Contents window has fully maximized across my entire screen (see attached jpg) and I cannot figure out how to reduce it; I cannot select a right edge of the frame nor the corner of the window to drag it back. How to fix this? Thanks much. Peter

Simply drag the window;  locate the mouse on the blue title bar, drag the window until you see the anchor points appear and locate the window for instance to the center left anchor to make it appear as the left column of the window.
